In the afternoon, we ascend Mount Fløien aboard the famous Bergen Funicular. At the top, take in breathtaking panoramic views of Bergen’s rooftops, surrounding mountains, and nearby fjords — a highlight of any visit.

DAY 3 - Into the Fjords to Flåm

From Voss, we continue by coach to Gudvangen, a picturesque village nestled at the head of the Nærøyfjord. Here, we board a fjord cruise through one of the most spectacular stretches of water in all of Norway. The dramatic Nærøyfjord, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is flanked by towering cliffs, cascading waterfalls, and quaint hamlets — a truly unforgettable experience.

Our cruise ends in the charming village of Flåm, surrounded by breathtaking scenery. A short walk takes us to our hotel, where we settle in before enjoying dinner together in the evening.

DAY 4 - The Flåm & Bergen Railways to Oslo

After breakfast at the hotel, we check out and make the short walk to Flåm Station to begin one of Norway’s most iconic travel experiences. With over 80% of the journey running on a gradient of 5.5% or more, this remarkable ride climbs through stunning mountain scenery, past waterfalls, and remote farms, offering breathtaking views at every turn.

Upon arrival at Myrdal Station, perched high in the mountains, we change trains and continue our journey on the famous Bergen Railway. This spectacular route takes us across dramatic highland plateaus and serene valleys, gradually descending towards Oslo — Norway’s vibrant capital city.

Once in Oslo, we walk the short distance to our hotel. The evening is yours to enjoy at leisure, whether you’d like to relax or begin exploring this lively and cultural city.

We begin our day with a visit to the renowned Vigeland Sculpture Park, home to over 200 expressive sculptures by artist Gustav Vigeland. Set in beautiful landscaped gardens, this is one of Oslo’s most iconic and moving attractions.

Following lunch, the afternoon is free for you to explore Norway’s capital city at your own pace. Sit back and take in the scenery while an experienced musher guides your sled, pulled by a team of energetic Alaskan huskies. It’s a truly unique and exhilarating way to explore the snowy wilderness.

After your ride, you’ll have the chance to meet some of the 300 friendly huskies back at the camp — a highlight for animal lovers!
